James Michael "Mickey" Sharer, 70 of Elizabeththown, died Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Life Care Center of Bardstown. He was a native of Hardin County, a retired photographer for the News Enterprise and was active in Boy Scouts and canoeing. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Ann Miller Sharer. He is survived by one son, Justin Sharer of Elizabethtown and one brother, Jack Sharer of Bardstown. A Memorial Service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
