Richere Yvette Phelps, 44 of Cecilia, died Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at the University of Louisville Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Michael Phelps; a son, Jeffrey (Rachel) Pike of Evansville, IN; her parents, George Clinton, Sr. and Dorothy Lindsey Clinton of Elizabeththown; one brother, Tommy (Paula) Clinton of Maryland and two sisters, Debbie (Dennis) Devore of Vine Grove and Dianna (Roger) Marcum of Louisville.
