Leonard Harold Mullins, 62 of Scottsville, formerly of Pike County, died Friday, April 1, 2016 at Cal Turner Rehab. and Specialty Center in Scottsville. He was preceded in death by his father, Whetsel Mullins and a brother, Douglas Mullins. He is survived by his mother, Mary Alice Mullins of Jenkins; four brothers, Ralph Mullins, Thomas Mullins and Randall Mullins all of Elizabethtown and Garrett Mullins of Virginia; three sisters, Helen Southwell and Darlene Davis both of Michigan and Carolyn Potter of Jenkins and 7 nephews and 6 nieces.
