Jerry Wayne Booker

Jerry Wayne Booker, 55 of Big Clifty, died Sunday, March 27, 2016 at his home. He was a native of Hardin County and a member of Center Point Baptist Church. He served in the U. S. Air Force and was a Deputy Jailer for the Hardin County Detention Center. He was preceded in death by his father, Lonnie Booker. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Bonnie Blan Booker; his mother, Katherine Floyd Booker of Eastview; three brothers, Steve (Anna) Booker of Elizabethtown, Mark (Diane) Booker of Eastview and Chris (Ginger) Booker of Rineyville; his grandmother, Evelyn Floyd of Elizabethtown; several nieces and nephews and close neighbors who he thought of as family. The funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and continue after 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed online at www.brownfuneral.com.
