Thomas Albert Puckett, 59, passed away at The Cleveland Clinic on Wednesday, March 2, 2016. He was a native of Etown, served in the US Air Force, was currently employed with the Corp of Engineers, and a member of Memorial United Methodist Church. He is preceded in death by his father; James Harry Puckett. He is survived by his wife; Angie Puckett of Etown, his mother; Josephine Puckett of Etown, one son; Matthew Puckett of Etown, one daughter; Sarah Puckett of Etown, one step daughter; Kristina Moore of New York City, three brothers; James H. (Kara) Puckett of Odessa, TX, Kenneth J. (Mary) Puckett of Sweden, Ky, Michael W. (Kim) Puckett of Etown, Deborah (Kenny) Willis of Houston, TX, three grandchildren; Katelin, Nathan, and Colin Moore. The funeral will be Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 10:00 am at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Gibbons officiating. Burial will follow at Elizabethtown City Cemetery.
