Randy Stephen Cook, 61, passed away suddenly on January 16, 2016, of heart failure, in Colorado. Randy was born in Elizabethtown, Kentucky to Elmer and Affie Cook. He was raised in Elizabethtown along with his brother and three sisters. He spent 4 years in the Navy stationed in Norfolk, Virginia. He recently moved to Colorado to be closer to his sons and grandchildren. Randy enjoyed traveling abroad and going on hikes with his beloved dog Jett. He is survived by his two sons, Christopher Cook,(wife Angela), Michael Cook, his former wife Lindy Cook, sisters Margie McMillan, Janet and Carol Cook, brother Danny Cook, and two granddaughters. Visitation will be Thursday from 3 to 6 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. Services and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers please consider a gift to the Humane Society of Hardin County. Visitation will be Thursday January 21st from three to six. A private burial will be on Friday.
