Lorene Mink, 77, of Elizabethtown, died Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Hardin Memorial Hospital. She was a native of Larue County and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Clarence Mink, her parents, Boyd Lewis and Jessie Marie Murphy Gray, by three brothers, Gilbert Gray, James Gray and Donnie Gray, by a sister, Jean Mauldin and by a granddaughter, Velinda Clemons. She is survived by a son, Gary David Mink of Elizabethtown, three daughters, Brenda Sue (Joe) Hart of Pasadena, TX, Helen Marie (Gary) Tyler and Sadie Mink Smith all of Elizabethtown, one brother, Dewey Cundiff of Elizabethtown, seven sisters, Dorothy Frye of Shepherdsville, Leona Morgan of Elizabethtown, Irene Mauldin, Joyce Bales, Rosie Lucille Garadner and Wanda June Ramsey all of Hodgenville and Kathleen Edlin of Elizabethtown, four grandchildren, Emily Rogers, Leon Smith, Lora Watson, Elizabeth Hart, and ten great grandchildren. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Brown Funeral Home. Burial will be in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
