Jerry Clifford Martin, 66 of Eastview, died Friday, October 16, 2015 at Hardin Memorial Hospital. He was a native of Hardin County and a member of Pole Bridge Baptist Church. He was a member of Meeting Creek Masonic Lodge #64 F & AM and was the owner of Jerry's General Sharpening. He was preceded in death by his father, Chester Martin and a brother, Bradford Lee Martin. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Wanda Sadler Martin; his mother, Lucy Martin of Louisville; one son, Mike (Amy) Martin of Eastview; one daughter, Renee (Mike) McCullough of Big Clifty; one brother, Donny (Marcella) Martin of Eastview; three sisters, Laura (Darrell) Miller of Eastview and Carolyn Martin and Debbie (Danny) Lynn all of Georgia; six grandchildren, Cassandra Hunt, Tyler McCullough, Arthur Martin, Jonathan Martin, Caleb Martin and Rhiana Martin and four great grandchildren, Lane and Paisley Hunt and Avalyn and Lincoln Martin. The funeral will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Felker and Rev. John R. Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Pole Bridge Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 o 8 p.m. Sunday and continue after 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. There will be a Masonic Service at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
