Tammy Lynn Millette, 51 of Chicago, formerly of Lietchfield, died on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 in Chicago. She was a native of Leitchfield and was a beloved wife, loving mother, cherished daughter, dear sister, and fond aunt. She is survived by her husband, Michael Millette; four children, Tyler Perkins, Michael Millette, Nicole Millette and Lauren Millette, her mother; Mildred Dowdell of Elizabethtown; her father, Wayne (Janice) Puckett of Hudson; two brother; Calvin Dowdell and Joel Puckett. The funeral will be Monday at 11 a.m. EDT at Brown Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Coyle Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Hudson.
