Golda Jane Miniard, 81 of Rineyville, died Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at her home. She was a native of Hardin County and a member of Falling Springs Baptist Church in Hart County. She retired after 30 years from Dow Corning. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Miniard and her parents, Joseph Porter and Daisy Jenkins Knight; a daughter, Sherri Fraley and a brother, Roger Knight. She is survived by a son, John Ray (Diane) Miniard of Elizabethtown; one daughter, Rhonda (Damon) Mauldin of Hodgenville; a son-in-law, Gary Fraley of Rineyville; four brothers, J. T. Knight, Johnny (Ann) Knight, Burton (Edna) Knight and Donald (Beverly) Knight all of Upton; four sisters, Betty (James) Shearon and Patsy Mahoney both of Glendale, Shirley Ogden and Lavonna Huddleston both of Elizabethtown; five grandchildren, Erica Routt, Dustin Mauldin, Jerrod Miniard, Megan Kahill, and Alexis Brown and four great grandchildren, Aiden Mauldin, Dylan and Ethan Mauldin and Riley Kahill. The funeral will be Friday at 12 noon. at Falling Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Donald Knight and Rev. Phillip Knight officiating. Burial will follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
