Arthur Dean Westover, Sr. 79, of Elizabethtown, died Friday, July 31, 2015 at Hardin Memorial Hospital. He was a native of Blandburg, Penn. and a member of Heavenbound Baptist Church. He retired from Bowman Products as the Plant Superintendent after 27 years and was a retired salesman for Swope Auto Center-Chrysler for over 23 years. He was a member of the Rocky River, OH Masonic Lodge #703, the Big Clifty Lodge #599 and the Scottish Rite in Louisville. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ardella Westover and a brother, William H. Westover. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Irma Dean Thacker Westover; son, Arthur Dean Westover, Jr. of Elizabethtown; one brothers, Chester M. Westover; one grandchild, Arthur Dean Westover III. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Henry White officiating. Burial will follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. and continue after 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. There will be a Masonic Service Sunday at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
