Penni Lynn Smith Krupinski, 70 of Elizabethtown, died Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at Signature of Elizabethtown. Bird, as she was known by her family and friends, was a native of California, was a hairdresser and caregiver. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul B. and Marilyn Smith; one son, Ron Krupinski; one granddaughter, Destiny Krupinski; two brothers, Paul G. Smith and Michael W. Smith; a sister, Marlene Beebe and the father of her children, John Krupinski. Survivors include her four children, Jody Krupinski, Chuck Krupinski, Chad Krupinski and Paula Grimes; one sister, Cheryl LaPonsey; 14 grandchildren, Kristina, Josh, Kelli, Patience, Koree, Gavin, Devan, Kateland, Mason, Mariah, Brannun, Shae, Ashya and Brittany and nine great-grandchildren, Levi, Drayson, Eli, Carson, Braxton, Cadence, Jackson, Mazikean, and Eli. The funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Leigh Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
