Jenny Puckett, 71 of Elizabethtown, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2023 at her son's home. She was a native of Louisville and was a housewife. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Douglas Puckett; her parents, Arthur Lee and Betty Jane Mills; and a sister, Patty Carlisle. Survivors include her two children, Timmy (Alicia) Puckett and Kim (Scott) Kerr, both of Elizabethtown; eight grandchildren, Whitney (Tommy) McGovern, Andy (Jessica) Kerr, Jacob (Courtney) Kerr, Joshua (Autumn) Kerr, Emily (Jackson) Pawley, Carlie Jenkins, Grant West and Addison West; and three great-grandchildren, Audrey McGovern, Juliet Kerr, and Isaac Kerr. The funeral is Saturday at 11 a.m. at Valley Creek Baptist Church. Burial follows in Valley Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home and continues after 9 a.m. Saturday at the church. Condolences may be expressed online at brownfuneral.com.
