Katrina Gayle Miller Jones Logsdon, 44, of Elizabethtown, passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at Hosparus Health Inpatient Care Center. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crafting, writing, reading, and photography. She loved to smile, make people laugh, and loved children. She was an Event Planner. Katrina was a Girl Scout Leader for 12 years and a youth softball coach. She was never on time and was a fast driver, but was slow as molasses. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jesse Lee Jones; her grandparents, Bloomer and Thelma Young, Bub and Nancy Miller, and Janice Spencer. Survivors include her husband, Jason E. Logsdon of Elizabethtown; four children, Taylor Jones of Elizabethtown, Dorothy Nicole (Jacob) Allgood of Louisville, Jefferson Jones of Louisville, and Isaac Jones of Leitchfield; her mother, Debra Hotka of Elizabethtown; her father, Jerry (Brenda) Young of New Haven; a sister, Tamarra (Joseph) Curry; three brothers, Kevin Young, Nathan (Mary) Young, and Dennis Knight; three granddaughters, Elizabeth Sunshine Allgood, Ashland Jones, and Stormy Jones; her fur baby, Mazy; and multiple extended family members. The funeral is Saturday at 11 am at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with Brother Leroy Routt. Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. and continues after 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
