Dennis Ray Conder, 68 of Elizabethtown, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family. He was a native of Breckenridge County, a member of Valley Creek Baptist Church and was an entrepreneur. Dennis was the Owner and Operator of Conders Army Surplus & Paintball field and was a Licensed Realtor. He enjoyed being outdoors, working on new projects and the paintball field. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, loved to laugh and hear/tell a good story. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold J. Conder and Lorena Milburn Conder; two brothers, James Conder and Charles H. Conder and a sister, Katherine Clark. Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Beverly Wooten Conder; two sons, Samson Ray Conder (Anetta) and Caleb Elijah Ray Conder; one daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Conder; three sisters, Eloise Westler, Linda Thurman, and Iva Knapp; four grandchildren, Samson Ray Conder II, Emily Faith, Kaitlin Dawn, and Jax Conder; six great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, friends and paintball families. The funeral will be Wednesday, August 3rd at 1 p.m. at Valley Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Hill and Donald Ray Thurman officiating. Burial will be private in their family cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 2nd at Brown Funeral Home and continue Wednesday, August 3rd at 11 a.m. at the Church.
