Vaughn Neddy Scott Miller, D.C., 64, of Elizabethtown, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2021, at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown. Vaughn grew up in Toledo, Ohio, and Davenport, Iowa. He moved to Kentucky in 1981, where he established Miller Chiropractic Center. Vaughn was a selfless, devoted husband, father and brother. He prided himself with maintaining the best lawn in town and cleaning his cars to a spotless finish. If you knew him, you probably were on the receiving end of many corny jokes. He was a band dad, professional pumpkin carver, attended Southeast Christian Church and performed missionary work across borders and in prisons. Survivors include his wife, Tina Miller; their two daughters, Sara Lemp and Stacey Miller; two stepsons, Josh Brock and Matt Brock; a brother, Dr. Mark Miller and his wife, Dianna, and their two daughters, Lauren and Karah Miller; a brother, Dr. David and Casey Keding, and their four children, Coleman, Elijah, Lane and Ivy Keding; and his beloved dog, Sadie.
