Jeffrey Bryant Blankley, 51 of College Station, TX, formerly of Elizabethtown, passed away Monday, August 16, 2021. He was a native of Hardin County, a 1988 gradate of Elizabethtown High School and U of L. He coached girls soccer at EHS in the 90's and was an avid U of L and Dallas Cowboys fan. He was a Sales Manager for Knife River Corporation where he excelled at his job working with his customers. He kept every promise he ever made and thought everything deserved a laugh. It was hard to get on his bad side because he always gave you a 2nd chance. He had a loving heart and was a wonderful father, son and brother. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Robert Bryant Blankley. Survivors include his children, Madeline Blankley of Bowling Green, Emmit Blankley of Nebraska and Eloise Blankley of Elizabethtown; his mother, Janice Lindsey Blankley of Elizabethtown; one sister, Shelly Blankley of Elizabethtown and his english bulldog, Gus. The funeral will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Don Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday from 2 - 6 p.m. and continue from 9 - 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
