Deborah Olds Miller, 61, of Cumming, GA, formerly of Elizabethtown, died Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at her residence. She deeply loved her family, both immediate and extended, and constantly found various ways of telling them so with words, pictures, gifs and memes. Her favorite things? Jesus, family, grandkids and coffee. She was incredibly creative and genuinely passionate about all of her favorite things. Holidays were always something she looked forward to and to plan, especially Christmas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry Olds and Monterey Helm Olds Hazelip. She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Michael Miller of Cumming, GA; two sons, Eric (Ellen) Best of Dahlonega, GA and William Miller of Cumming, GA; two daughters, Danielle Pazdan of Franklin, TN and Maya Miller of Cumming, GA; one brother, Todd (Nikki) Hazelip of Louisville, KY; three sisters, Amanda (David) Bryson of Homer, GA, Tammy (Jerry) Giesige of Somerset, KY, and Tina (Hector) Casillas of Katy, TX; and five grandchildren, Jonathan, Ashley, Vivi, Lilly, and Lila. The funeral is 12 p.m. Thursday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. We encourage everyone to wear jeans and Christian/Jesus or UK t-shirts as we celebrate her life, together, at the funeral service. Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and continues after 9 a.m. at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to ALS.
