Becky Lynn Meadors, 59 of Cecilia, died Monday, February 15, 2021 at the University of Louisville Hospital. She was a native of Hardin County and was a member of Howevalley United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of ECTC College of Nursing and worked in numerous hospitals across the state in emergency and operating room procedures. Becky was preceded in death by her father, Bert Elliott; brother, Bruce Elliott; grandson, John Edward Mahurin and grandparents, Ray and Margie Seagraves and John and Lena Faye Elliott. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, John Meadors; her mother, Brenda Seagraves Wolfe of Elizabethtown; children, Amy (Todd) Raque of Atlanta, Christy (Ray) Aubrey of Elizabethtown, Corissa (David) Walters of Rineyville, Cassandra (Matt) Mahurin of Taylorsville, Travis (Wendy) Goodman of Elizabethtown, and Brandon (Rachael) Goodman of Cecilia; brother, John Elliott of Cecilia; uncles, Ronnie (Rita) Seagraves of Glasgow, Bernard (Wanda) Elliott of Cecilia, and Finley (Anne) Elliott of Elizabethtown; and 18 grandchildren. The funeral is at 3 p.m. Saturday at Brown Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central at a later date. Visitation will begin at 12 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
