Donie L. Richardson, 70, of Elizabethtown, died Sunday, December 6, 2020 at Baptist Health Hardin. He was a custodian for Elizabethtown Independent Schools and John Hardin High School. He was proud to be a part of the E-town Girls Basketball Team. He was also a movie buff and music lover. He was preceded in death by his parents, Garland Wayne and Lena Cathern Vertrees Richardson; and two brothers, Roger Wayne Richardson and Bobby Richardson. He is survived by his sister, Linda Faye (Ronald N.) Barry; and his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey W. (Tiffany) Richardson, Steven K. (Lynette) Richardson, Kathy (Quinn) Edwards, Tony Richardson, Kimberly Richardson, and Jennifer Barry. The funeral is at 2 p.m. Thursday at Brown Funeral Home.
