James Robert Farner, 73, of Elizabethtown, died Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at his home. He was a native of Buffalo, NY, served in the U.S. Army, and worked in sales for various companies until he retired. He loved to travel throughout the country and loved his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlisle and Myra Hogue Farner. He is survived by his wife, Donna Faye Bruce; son, David (Lindsey) Farner of Florida; two daughters, Katherine "Katie" Farner of Arizona and Julia Farner of Michigan; grandson, Dylan Farner; brother, Bill Farner of Georgia; and other family, Sheila Bruce (Dale) Priddy and Gary Bruce, Jr. all of Elizabethtown.
