Jennifer S. "Jennye" Gardner

Jennifer Suzette Gardner, 44, of Grapevine, TX, was promoted to Heaven on January 1, 2020, after a valiant battle with cancer. With the highest degree of courage, determination, and incredible faith, Jennye was a beacon of hope for all who were privileged to know her. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and her step father, Randy Burdette. She is survived by her mother, Sue Burdette, of Elizabethtown, KY; her father and step mother, Harold and Virginia Gardner, of Depauw, IN; one brother, Jamie (Stacia) Gardner of Mt Washington, KY; three step brothers, Jason (Elaine) Kerber of Sellersburg, IN; Jarrod (Mary) Kerber of Ferdinand, IN, and Steve Bell of Pendleton, KY; two step sisters, Tammy (Chad) Taylor and Angie (Chris) Worley both of Princeton, WV; two aunts, Judy (Clayton) Lawson of Webster, KY, and Darlene Boyd of Hodgenville, KY, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members and faithful friends. She was a member of Gateway Church in Southlake, TX. She was a graduate of Elizabethtown High School, Campbellsville University, and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft Worth , TX. She was employed by Daystar Television as a Guest Coordinator. Her Home Going Celebration will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday and continue after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. There will be a Celebration of Life in TX at a later date.
