Shirley Matthews, 73, of Elizabethtown, passed away Monday, April 8, 2019, at her residence. She worked at the deli in Speedway. She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Annie Lee; a son-in-law, Travis Roy Hazelwood; one brother, Wilson B. Hallford; and a sister Annette Sweawrs. She is survived by one daughter, Sandra Kay Hazelwood; two grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two brothers, Melvin Lee and Aubrey Lee; and two sisters, Teresa Hallford McGuire and Deborah Hallford. Cremation was chosen by the family.
