Ida Gertrude Goodman Devine, 100 of Elizabethtown, died Wednesday, September 5, 2018. She was a native of Hardin County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil William Devine; two sons, Vernon Ashlock and Roy Ashlock; her parents, Harve and Ola Goodman; one brother, Harold Goodman; a sister, Thelma Goodman and a great great grandchild. She is survived by one daughter, Edith (Oral) Scott of Louisville; three daughters-in-law, Margaret Jean Ashlock of Glendale and Gloria Ashlock and Ann Ashlock both of Elizabethtown; one sister, Mildred Martin of NC; 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren. A graveside service will be Sunday at 2 p.m at Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens with Pastor Thomas Rice officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Brown Funeral Home.
