Robert McComas Day, II 75 of Campbellsville, died Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Norton Healthcare in Louisville. He was a native of Vincennes, IN and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church for 15 years. He served in the U.S. Army and was an Auto Technician at Montgomery Imports in Elizabethtown. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Marilyn Day; his parents, Robert McComas Day and Helen Schultheis Day; a son, Bobby; and a sister, Mary Beth. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Bennett Day of Campbellsville; three children, Lawrence, Mary Ann and Tammy; four brothers, Ralph, Danny, Chris and Richard; two sisters, Cindy and Sally; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. The funeral will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Dr. Charles Darland officiating. Visitation will be from 12 to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Private burial will be in Lebanon National Cemetery at a later date.
