James Duvall Stewart

James Duvall Stewart, 76 of Elizabethtown, died Friday, November 11, 2016 at Hardin Memorial Hospital. He was a native of Glendale, a member of Little Zion Baptist Church in Glendale and was an officer at Northwest Detective Agency in Indianapolis, IN. He was a loving husband, a caring father, and the greatest grandfather, always dedicated to his family. He was preceded in death by his father, James Wardine Stewart. He is survived by his wife, Cornella Price Stewart; his mother, Wilma Duvall Mitchel of Louisville; one daughter, Tynessa Brown of Radcliff; a step daughter, Aliesel R. Myers of Sonora; two grandsons, Tyrone Brown and Desmone Brown; a step grandson, Lance J. Buttermore; an aunt, America Simmons; an uncle, Bernie Stewart and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. John Glover officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
