Linda Leigh Tharpe, 65 of Elizabethtown, died Sunday, October 25, 2015 at Hardin Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earnie Lee Tharpe; her parents, Earl and Catherine Johnson Cook; two brothers, William Earl Cook and Henry Harmon and a granddaughter, Ashlee Jewell. She is survived by two children, Thomas Lee Tharpe and Melissa Jewell both of Elizabethtown; one brother, Rusty (Sonya) Cook of Elizabethtown; two sisters, Barbara (Jimmy) Douthitt of Mt. Hebron and Alicia Clark of Glendale and three grandchildren, Dillion Jewell, Crystal Adams and Michael Jewell, Jr. and one great grandson, Hunter Adams. A Memorial Service will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Douthitt officiating.
