She is survived by her mother and father; Mildred Dowdell and Wayne Puckett, and a step mother; Joni Puckett; her beloved husband, Michael Millette; her son, Tyler Perkins; three step children, Nicole, Michael, and Lauren Millette; two brothers, Calvin Dowdell and Joel Puckett. The funeral will be Monday, September 28, 2015, at 11 a.m. EDT at Brown Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Coyle Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Hudson,KY.
