Lula Mae "Mimi" Kirtley, 94, of Elizabethtown died Friday, September 11, 2015 at Etown Nursing and Rehab. She is a native of Magnolia and worked for Verizon. She was a wonderful artist, played beautiful music, loved her children and grandchildren, and was a loving, caring, and exceptionally optimistic person. She is preceded in death by her husband; Robert C. "Click" Kirtley, her parents; Elmer Chaudoin and Bertha Jaggers, and her siblings: Pete Chaudoin, Geneva Chaudoin Milby, Virginia Robertson and Imogene Chaudoin. She is survived by 1 son; James Robert "Sonny" Kirtley of Terre Haute, IN, 1 daughter; Alice Langdon Finn of Elizabethtown. 1 brother; Bomar Chaudoin of Magnolia, 1 sister; Patricia Chaudoin of Elizabethtown, 5 grandchildren; Mike Langdon, Mitch Langdon, Tiffany Langdon, Rai Kirtley and Priya Kirtley. The funeral will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday at Brown Funeral Home with Father Kent Litchfield officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
