From: Amy Cooper

Judy, John, Jenny (and family), I wish to offer my deepest sympathies on Stan’s passing. My church morning prayer group have been praying for all of you for some time. I have such fond memories of Stan from my time to Ft Sill and DC visiting John as a child. The obit was wonderfully written. Love to you all!

It was an honor and privilege to have served under the leadership of Colonel Dulin when he was the Provost Marshal on Ft. Knox. He was, without a doubt THE BEST Provost Marshal I ever had the pleasure to serve. My Son Ben also had the pleasure to serve under Colonel Dulin's leadership/mentorship when Colonel Dulin was with the Junior ROTC program at North Hardin High School. Colonel Dulin's leadership/mentorship has made a significant contribution to many career successes both my Son and I have enjoyed. May God bless his Family and the numerous others who had the pleasure of knowing, and maybe serving with or for Colonel Dulin. He has earned his place of honor in his new Heavenly home.
